Intern - Project Management & Production
The Role
At Hi ZIA, the Project Management & Production intern supports the operational management of client projects, from launch through delivery.
Their role: to ensure that projects move forward, that the right people are involved at the right time, and that nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage and keep track of projects, tasks, deadlines, and next steps in the agency’s project management tool.
Translate briefs and schedules into concrete operational steps.
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Anticipate needs, dependencies, delays, and potential roadblocks.
Ensure that every action has a designated person in charge and a clear deadline.
Follow up as needed with the team, clients, freelancers, and partners.
Prepare and maintain the information needed to track projects.
Production
Organize shoots and content production.
Coordinate dates, locations, availability, and logistical needs.
Coordinate Brand Faces, creators, freelancers, and service providers.
Prepare the practical information and documents needed for productions.
Ensure that raw footage, files, and various production elements are properly centralized.
Coordinate the various stages of production and post-production through to delivery.
Client Follow-Up
Manage the operational follow-up of client projects.
Centralize the necessary information and approvals.
Follow up as needed.
Communicate key milestones and any schedule changes.
Coordinate returns and deliveries.
Ensure a seamless, professional, and responsive customer experience.

Intern - Social Media & Content
The Role
At Hi ZIA, the Social Media & Content intern conceives, develops, and optimizes social media content for our clients and the agency.
Their role: to understand social media platforms, digital culture, and audiences in order to consistently turn trends, insights, and current events into great content ideas.
Responsibilities
Editorial Strategy & Concept Development
Develop concepts and content ideas for the agency’s clients.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
Build and maintain editorial calendars.
Develop formats, series, hooks, and mechanics tailored to different platforms.
Conduct benchmarks and reference research.
Write captions and social media copy, and post content.
Adapt ideas to the conventions of TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Contribute to social media recommendations for clients.
Trends & Digital Culture
Conduct regular and in-depth monitoring of platforms.
Identify new formats, trends, usage patterns, creators, and cultural signals.
Analyze what relevant brands, media outlets, and creators are doing.
Turn these insights into concrete recommendations and creative opportunities.
Set aside dedicated time each week for research and inspiration.
Creation & Filming
Prepare the briefs needed to produce content.
Participate in shoots and film social media content when the format allows.
Be comfortable with on-location formats: street interviews, interviews, spontaneous content, behind-the-scenes footage, etc.
Be able to approach people, put them at ease, and actively participate in the creative process on location.
Compile and organize the materials needed to create and edit content.
Post-production
Brief freelancers and editors on the content’s objectives.
Serve as their point of contact for editorial and creative questions related to the content.
Review rough cuts.
Provide specific feedback on pacing, the hook, sound design, text, shots, clarity, and the flow of the content.
Monitor revisions until a version ready for final approval is achieved.
Performance
Track content performance.
Identify which formats and mechanics work.
Draw insights from the results.
Make recommendations to improve future productions.
Hi ZIA Communications
Actively participate in Hi ZIA’s editorial strategy.
Propose content and highlights for the agency.
Manage the editorial calendar.
Prepare posts.
Regularly post stories showcasing agency life and behind-the-scenes content.
Handle community management.
Track performance and refine content formats.
Work closely with the Art Director to develop a consistent, creative, and recognizable communication strategy.

Intern - Art Direction & Creative
The Role
At Hi ZIA, the Art Direction & Creative Production intern contributes to the creation and visual execution of content for the agency and its clients.
Their role: to transform the ideas developed by the team into visually compelling, cohesive content tailored to various formats, while handling a significant portion of in-house graphic design and video post-production.
This is a creative role, but above all a very hands-on one: the intern creates, edits, adapts, and produces content on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production (Core Responsibility)
Edit video content for clients and Hi ZIA.
Handle a significant portion of the editing work.
Edit short-form content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
Work on pacing, shot selection, sound design, text, subtitles, and graphics.
Adapt videos to the various required formats.
Organize and manage the raw footage needed for post-production.
Incorporate internal and client feedback.
Finalize content before publication or delivery.
Collaborate with freelance editors when the volume or technical complexity requires outsourcing.
Ensure the quality of externally produced content.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
Create social media carousels.
Design the graphic assets needed for content.
Create and adapt templates.
Adapt designs to different formats and platforms.
Produce the visual materials needed for campaigns and activations.
Help create presentations and creative proposals.
Produce the various graphic elements needed for client projects and Hi ZIA.
Artistic Direction of Content
Work with the team to define a consistent visual style for client content.
Develop visual styles that create continuity across different publications.
Define the necessary graphic treatments, typography, framing, layouts, and references.
Create mood boards and references as needed.
Adapt visual styles based on campaigns and key events.
Ensure that content from the same brand forms a cohesive whole rather than a series of isolated pieces.
Challenge the execution when the result becomes too generic.
Ensure the quality and visual consistency of productions.
Filming & Audiovisual Production
Participate in client and Hi ZIA film shoots.
Film content when the format allows it.
Consider framing, composition, and visual rendering.
Prepare the necessary reference materials before certain shoots.
Contribute to the visual direction of people, sets, and elements within the frame.
Ensure that the footage produced achieves the desired look in post-production.
Concept & Creative Research
Participate in key brainstorming sessions.
Conduct creative research.
Provide visual and cultural references.
Participate in concept development.
Challenge and enrich proposed ideas.
Participate in discussions about campaigns, activations, collaborations, and events.
Translate selected concepts into cohesive themes and concrete executions.
Hi ZIA Brand Universe
Bring the Hi ZIA visual identity to life and help it evolve.
Ensure its consistent application across various touchpoints.
Create the agency’s key graphic materials and presentations.
Contribute to the development of the website and digital materials as needed.
Develop concepts for merchandising, client and Faces gifts, and branded merchandise.
Design the visual themes for Hi ZIA events and activations.
Produce the graphic and audiovisual content needed for the agency’s communications.
